Note:
You must agree that when purchasing a multi-listing package that all
listings entered by you will be the personal listing of yourself as
the listing agent/ broker. All listings will be entered into the
database by yourself as the listing agent, or your assistant, and
may be monitored for accurate information and removed if not
compliant with these terms. Specifically ALL listings entered must
be WATERFRONT property only and located in the state of MARYLAND.
